The Company is owned and run by its 3 directors :

Iain Peddie BSc For (Hons), David Sillar BSc and Bent Also CA.

The head office is in Perth, Scotland, with a subsidiary office in Biggar, Lanarkshire, also in Scotland. With most of our sites within easy reach of our 2 offices, we can offer our clients  "hands on" service. For more outlying properties, we contract in management on an ad hoc basis, which enables us to keep management costs low and provide an efficient and flexible service.

Timber sales are put out to tender to ensure that the best price is realised, as are major works, whilst smaller works are handled on a fixed rate basis through our extensive network of qualified contractors.
